We’ve been told we who are by others, tried to fit in, and then find out we were fine as we were to begin with and try to get back to that person. 

All while trying to figure out how to work with our brain and not against it. 

From one ADHDer to another,

You’re worthy of love,
You’re worthy of friendship,
You’re worthy of kindness,
You’re worthy of joy.

It’s on your mind constantly, but you just can’t get started, and shame is starting to spiral.

But you’re not broken. You’re not lazy. You’re not stupid.

    It doesn’t have to look the same for everyone. 📖 It doesn’t have to look the same for everyone. 📖 

What works for one person with ADHD, doesn’t always work for the next person. We’re all wonderfully individual. 

Audiobooks equal reading. 

Flipping through til you find the part of the book you fancy reading that day, is reading. 

If it works for you, then it’s working.
