ADHD Coaching with In it for the why
Meet your ADHD Coach
Hi there. I’m Laura, a passionate, certified ADHD Coach helping you understand your ADHD brain and discover your unique strengths through ADHD Coaching.
Late-diagnosed with ADHD myself, I know it can feel overwhelming to know what you want to do, but not how to do it. This inspired me to train as an ADHD Coach and provide support navigating what can feel like a lonely journey of self-discovery.
If you’re looking for support with challenges in the workplace, I can also provide support for your ADHD employees with ADHD to thrive.
I am dedicated to working with you to overcome limiting beliefs, achieve your goals and be the best version of yourself.
1:1 ADHD Coaching Packages
Traditional coaching isn’t designed for our Neurodivergent brains, but with the Executive Function Framework, we can work together to discover your strengths, reduce feelings of shame, and reach your goals.
Each session is focused on helping you learn to work with your ADHD brain, not against it.
ADHD Strengths At Work
In 2024, a CIPD report found that 31% of neurodivergent employees haven’t disclosed their neurodiversity to their employer.
This can be for a variety of reasons, including the fear of stigma or the impact it may have on their career.
However, neurodivergent staff provide a plethora of strengths that are beneficial to businesses. Such as innovative thinking, pattern recognition and creativity. Just to name a few.
Together we can:
- Use 1-2-1 sessions for your neurodivergent staff members
- Work with your managers to increase their awareness and learn how to work with their team’s strengths.
If this sounds like what your business is looking for, get in touch for a chat.
What Coachees are saying
“The coaching sessions I had with Laura have been some of, if not the most supportive and impactful help I’ve received for managing ADHD since being diagnosed.
Laura kept me on track, gently reminded me of the ways ADHD can shape the brain, which gave me context, understanding and encouraged me to go easier on myself! – and provided practical tools I can forever refer back to.
Thank you so much.” – Sian.
“After being sent out into the wild after ADHD diagnosis with no support, Laura has been an absolute lifeline. She has an incredible skill for helping make sense of the chaos within, offering real wisdom and great insight.
Laura is the most warm, caring and welcoming person and has created a safe space in which I feel truly able to unmask and be myself. Each session leaves me feeling energised and empowered, and with a greater understanding of how to work with and harness my neurodivergent brain, rather than work against it.
I cannot recommend or thank Laura enough.” – Rosa.
