I’ve often been asked why I did things, why I did them the way I did, and I didn’t understand what they meant until I realised I was Neurodivergent.
Discovering the purpose or the ‘why’ can be helpful when given a task at work or when problem-solving.
I’m always asking a curious and non-judgmental ‘why’.
Why did you become an ADHD Coach?
After my own ADHD diagnosis in my late thirties, I discovered there wasn’t any support. It was pretty much, “here’s your diagnosis, off you go”.
This led me to train as an ADHD Coach to help people who were looking for support with work, home, and life in general.
I have found coaching immensely helpful since I found there was help, and I’m passionate about doing the same for you.
Do I need a formal diagnosis to get Coaching with you?
No. Self-diagnosis is completely valid.
Accessing a diagnosis is not simple, can take a long time, and can be expensive if you go via a private diagnosis.
But learning skills and tools that work for you can help you now.
You can also get coaching if you’re looking to support someone else, or a loved one who is neurodivergent, to help you understand neurodivergent conditions more and build tools to improve your relationship.
